This package is based on a five foot by eight foot bath that begs for a complete update but accomplishing this as economically as possible is necessary. Existing fixtures and flooring would be removed. New high grade vinyl flooring would be installed. Fixtures would include white stool, tub/shower enclosure and a pedestal sink. Sink faucet and tub/shower valve would be in a chrome finish along with matching curved shower rod and towel bars. Walls, ceiling and trim would all receive a fresh coat of neutral color paint. This would provide a fresh new bath while still staying below a $10,000 investment. Here is a package that we have assembled that incorporates eco-friendly products to create a tranquil half bath. This bath features interesting use of “green” products such as Lyptus wood in the cabinetry (a fast growing hardwood), linoleum flooring (made from linseed oil), a Kohler low flow toilet that carries the EPA’s new Water Sense certification, light and vent fan that carry the Energy Star rating and a vanity top that features Paperstone, a unique and beautiful product made from recycled paper. Along with eco-friendly fixtures this half bath allowed us to use production techniques to reduce waste during the project. Many of these practices we incorporate into each and every project.

This bath package would be for the individual who would like to invest in a bathroom that will provide them with upgraded materials and improved durability. When we start this type of project we remove everything including the drywall right down to the studs. Based on a five foot by eight foot bathroom we install a solid surface shower (or tub if desired) and walls. New drywall is installed, finished and painted. A new tile floor is provided, as well as a high quality toilet, maple vanity and a solid surface vanity top with integral sink. New 8” spread sink faucet and hands-free shower valve in brushed nickel finish. New trim is installed as well as a matching wood trim mirror, light fixture and towel bars. This package would require an investment of close to $16,000. Four-Star Package:Download PDF

This would be the package for the individual who enjoy a little luxury in their bathroom. This bath package usually involves a little larger space but again we start by removing all the original right down to the studs. A solid surface shower base along with wall tile surround are installed. Accompanying this shower is a hands-free shower valve unit and 8” rain head. So that you can marvel at this beautiful shower we include a heavy glass shower door and a waterproof can light for highlights. Tile flooring is set on a 45 degree angle and again new drywall is installed, finished and painted. A one-piece high performance stool offers elegance. This package includes a cherry dresser style vanity with a granite top, undermount sink and a sleek 8” spread chrome finish faucet. Matching the cherry vanity is a large mirror and four light fixture. This package can require an investment of up to $24,000.
